Usually very good but need more variety and keep buffet stocked

Don't come for the decor. The food is the big draw. Been a customer for many, ma y years. Buffer is tended regularly . Fresh and hot. Cannot say enough good about this eatery. Give it a try if your in the area. Also, bring CASH. No cards accepted.

One of the best places if you like Chinese food

The place is filthy, nasty. I went to the restroom and was waiting for it to become vacant , I heard a flush of the toilet and then the door was immediately opened by one of the cooks who did NOT wash his hands after using the toilet! The sink was dry and the hand dryer did not run at all when I was waiting there for about 5 minutes. The staff there are very polite and gives you service with a smile but I also found lots of nasty dishes and silverware. That was my last stop there even if there is nothing else in town hardly to chose from for dining.

They need more help with taking orders and getting the orders out. The past two times I have called to place an order, they are so busy they put me on hold and end up hanging up on me. I have went to Peking Cook for years. I order in, go pick up, and go home. I have never gotten bad food from here. Johnny usually doesn't let his customers down. They even started accepting credit/debit cards a few months ago to make it easier on the customers.

Tasty food. Buffet is great. Recently, carry-out service is poor to horrible. They have got my order wrong the past 4 times. Probably not going there for take out anymore.

Great place to eat and reasonable prices!

It is Chinese food. The Won ton soup is some of the best you can get.

This is just the place for a wonderful meal. Good seasoning great sized portions and friendly atmosphere. Staff talks to you as you come in and when able will come to dining room to see how you are doing. And they call by name when they know you and will also ask about your family.

Johnny's always has good service and great food my favorite is the beef lomein and Singapore noodles.

Best Chinese food ever! The General Tsos is the best I've ever had. Have ate here since I was 10 years old. 23 years! Johnny and his family are amazing people and know most people by name. I mean it's a small town, but to remember everyone by name and when you walk in they know what your order is because you've ordered there so many times! I never eat at any other Chinese Restaurant because in my opinion no other place can be better than Peking Cook! 💗

Very good Chinese food. Try the Buffet everyday but Tuesday because they are closed on Tuesdays! 11Am-3Pm

Great place to eat. The buffet is good and has all the most popular Chinese food. Plenty of room to stay and eat but if you would rather take out don't worry because they are quick and hardly ever mess up your order. Also the Chinese people who own it are really friendly and you can understand them even with their accent.

Great lunch buffet!

Love it! The best around I don't even order in Athens where I work cause no place holds a candle in my opinion to Johnny's. It's family owned and ran and that's been awesome too, they know my whole family and ice watched their children grow too. Great food great ppl.

Fresh, cheap Chinese buffet. A staple of Wellston.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Couldn't believe it when I asked for a lunch buffet and it totaled under $7 with a drink! Not a big selection but I didn't expect one given the size of the town. I was surprised they even had a Chinese place! All the food was good, especially for such a great price.

I eat here often. Serves more Chinese in the buffet. Local. Good buffet price.
